Nick and I are so extremely excited to introduce our new pride and joy: Meet our son, Dean Mitchell Werner, born on Oct. 23 at 5:56 p.m. He weighed in at 8 pounds, 14 ounces and measured 21 1/2 inches long.
Needless to say, Nick and I are head over heels in love with the little guy and soaking in these precious days of new parenthood — complete with their late nights, belly kisses and nose nuzzles. I’ve shared a few shots of Dean on social media but wanted to post a quick blog update here (you know, for posterity and all!).
I look forward to sharing his birth story with all of you next — just give me a minute to tear myself away from the demands of new motherhood. And by demands, I mean the utter joy of this incredible ride we now find ourselves on.
Oh, he is SO cute!!! And I am so glad you are loving all the late night nose nuzzles and belly kisses – so worth the sleepless nights. Congrats!
