That was over 3 years ago and I am still reading your blog. I had a baby girl in December, so I really enjoy reading your monthly letters to Dean. It makes me feel like we are in the same boat and that I am not alone with the things my baby is going through. Thank you for being so honest. So often I feel like parents lie and put others down! We too hit the dreaded sleep regression at 4 months and after 2 weeks of just plain exhaustion; I came across your article. It gave me the extra “push” to simply start sleep training. I like to read and research until I am paralysis with analysis when it comes to baby things. Sometimes as parents we need to let things go, accept that we can never predict our babies and do what we think is best! My baby girl now wakes only 1 time a night to eat and goes down for nighttime and naps with a smile on her face! Hallelujah!

I thought It was going to be like an Indian or Thai curry, turned out totally different. I love every single thing about this book!
